Bristol Southpark flashmob
Event Date: Sun December 06 2009
On Sunday the 6th of December, at Cabot Circus Shopping Centre, on the ground floor in the middle of the centre at 2:00pm, two people will start arguing very loudly.
One will shout at the other, “Your Fired”. At that point, one person standing around 2 meters away will stop, look and point at them and shout very clearly, “They took your job”. Following that 4 other predetermined people spaced out around the shopping centre will stop and point at the couple shouting the same line, each time less coherent than the last.
The event will be mimicking the popular Southpark quote “they took our jobs!” from the episode, ‘goobacks’. After a slow build up of 6 pre-selected people, all others involved will be signalled to join in with a “Dey dook ur joob” shout-fest. It is intended to be a light bit of fun.
