Haha that was bloody brilliant! Muchly fun and had a great laugh. Those bewildered onlookers looking just amazed as we all got our groove on! All of us random strangers with the only thing bringing us together was the fact that we'd heard about this thing and it sounded like a laugh. No one knew what to expect.
I took my daughter along, and we had a great laugh. If anyone has any pictures of a little girl in a stripped hat grooving, please let me know. She loved it, and I think she was the youngest there (8) although we saw a boy of about 20 with his dad.
What a shindig!
The tunes were pumping, the crowd were sharp, the commuters were outraged.

I was the boy of about 20 with my dad! (I'm 23 you big flatterer!) He reckons we look like brothers but he's so kidding himself. Also he lasted about 2 songs before he left and I stayed the whole 2 hours - bring-it-on!!

Fabulous dancing!! However don't you think it shouldn't have lasted as long?? I think just a couple of minutes would have created more of an impact. Also, we should have spread out a bit more, to make it even more random!!

how many people would you say were there at its peak? simply awesome - the bemused looks; mobbing blunkett's "coummunity support" officers; laura with her radio and having to stop during adverts and general dj banter; spending the day perfecting a mix and the night dancing as opposed to revising...
i was there instead of revising as well :P
why pass exams when you could have 2hrs of crazyness? :P
